We are a sourdough bakery and deli creating delicious breads, pastries and comfort food focused around our sourdough, fermentation, the best local ingredients and 100% from scratch cooking.
We are open Wednesday - Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm & Sunday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Our restaurant is small, and we'd like to keep service as casual as possible, thus we do not take reservations on weekends. Tables can be up to 8 people to order off the menu. For larger groups, we can arrange a special menu to serve you better. Please contact us with at least 24 hrs anticipation.
We are here to share our favorite foods with you! We are not like a neighborhood bakery, our food is food for the soul! It will fill your belly and your heart.
We make comfort food using all the best local ingredients. All our dishes are focused around our fermentation and sourdough as the base of our dishes.
As chefs who have cooked, lived and worked all over the world from bakeries to fine dining, we just want to make the food that we love to eat and share that with you!
Everything is 100% scratch house made from our sourdough bread, cured & smoked meats, sauces and ferments!
We have a small kitchen with big demand so you might have to wait, so have a coffee or a kombucha, maybe make a new friend, or just enjoy our small corner of Quito while something you haven't tried anywhere in UIO is specially prepared for you.
